- Choice of chicken or roasted winter squash & corn (vegetarian) enchiladas, with red chile sauce
- Spanish rice
- Green Salad
- Flan
- Pitchers of water and fruit juice

- Choice of Chili Mac Casserole (with beef) OR Vegetarian moussaka
- Cole slaw
- Corn bread - plain and Marion Cunningham's custard-filled
- Sundae Bar: Vanilla ice cream with chocolate, butterscotch, & raspberry sauces, and other toppings

Three soups
(might be only two if there aren't a lot of people), coordinated with three breads:
- Cream of vegetable (vegetarian)
- Buttermilk pull-apart rolls
- Greens & Garlic Soup (vegan)
- Spanish Country Soup (with sausage)
- Green salad with cranberry vinaigrette
- Bar cookies: brownies, blondies, raison-oat bars - rich but small portions!

March 2nd, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
- Hot vegetable sandwiches - oven-toasted, open-face, topped with brocolli, marinated mushrooms, cheese, and other vegetables - on home made bread
- Green salad with cider vinaigrette
- Jojo potatoes: seasoned, baked, french fries
- Cups of tomato soup
- Choice of cherry cobbler or chocolate pudding cake, with vanilla ice cream
