Indoor picnic (and possibly outdoor, weather permitting)

Pan Bagnat - salad Nicoise in a sandwich - crusty bread stuffed with tuna, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives - with a no-tuna option for vegetarians
Salt & vinegar potato salad
Coleslaw
Rhubarb mousse served with butter cookies

Roasted vegetable extravaganza

Roasted veggies will be featured in a variety of dishes:
Pizzas topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, peppers, and more
Green bean and roasted garlic salad
Roasted beets and goat cheese on tossed greens
Raspberry crumble bars

Zucchini frittata - summer's most ubiquitous fruit, baked with cheese & eggs
Marinated vegetables - in vinaigrette
Trifle with summer fruits - a rich, spoonable dessert, with fruit, crumbled cake, syrup, and cream
