Treat yourself to one hour of yoga instruction with Rachael*, followed by a healthful lunch cooked by Deb
Buffet of tea sandwiches & scones, indulgent, but small-sized morsels:
Choose from sandwich varieties including curried chicken, olive-walnut, cheddar-chutney, and cucumber
Select scone flavors that may be cinnamon chip, oatmeal-currant, or wholewheat and date
Complete your plate with raw vegetables and dip, and seasonal fruits
Served with hot and iced teas, juices, and cool water
There's only room for 8 yoga mats, so reservations are required - Make a reservation by sending email - Use "yoga lunch" for the subject, and let us know how many in your party, and their names.

*NOTE: Rachael's style of instruction is "Yoga for Every Body" - Gentle Hatha Yoga that will still your mind and stretch your body.
