Cooking class - Nice Jewish Girl's Vegetarian Passover

In this demonstration-style cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare savory vegetarian broth for matzoh ball soup - and the matzoh balls! - as well as spinach kugel, and decadent, flourless, kosher-for-Passover chocolate cake. And, since it's a meatless meal, enjoy the cake with real whipped cream. You'll get to taste everything, and take home recipes for all these dishes plus several favorite Passover cookies & sweets: chocolate chip meringues, almond macaroons, matzoh buttercrunch, and maybe a surprise or two.
