Winter 2008 One-Dish Dinners
A series of week-night, reasonably-priced meals, with a main dish, salad, drink and dessert. Served buffet style.
Dinner 3 will be served Thursday March 13, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
(meaning you can get food as long as you're there by 8:00; we're not guaranteeing after!)
- choice of beef or vegetable stew
- Fresh-baked biscuits and Edna Lewis yeast rolls
- Creamy cole slaw & warm red cabbage salad with feta cheese and walnuts
- "clean-out-the-freezer" crisp (peaches, bluberries, rhubarb) a la mode
