Winter 2008 One-Dish Dinners
A series of week-night, reasonably-priced meals, with a main dish, salad, drink and dessert. Served buffet style.
Dinner 2 is scheduled for Monday, February 18, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
(meaning you can get food as long as you're there by 8:00; we're not guaranteeing after!)
- 3 varieties of soup, including
- meat: split pea or navy bean w/ham,
- vegetarian: tomato-dill,
- vegan: mushroom-barley
- several types of homemade bread and rolls
- all-you-can-eat salad
