I&#8217;ve always thought of him as a UK D.I.Y. hipster, but looks like River Cottage has actually evolved into an empire &#8211; they call it River Cottage H.Q. &#8220;the base of operations for a cookery\/food training centre from chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall&#8217;s River Cottage [TV &amp; cookbooks] series.&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rivercottage.net\/shop\/\">Shop<\/a> &#8211; book cooking classes\/retreats; have your wedding catered; buy cookbooks, booze, DVDs, online courses, dairy products &#8211; what don&#8217;t they have?<\/p>\n<p>I joined up so I&#8217;ll be getting the newsletter, and I guess I&#8217;ll see.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicurious.com\/recipes\/food\/views\/Cauliflower-and-Chickpea-Curry-51174400\">curry recipe&#8217;s<\/a> good &#8211; but, like everyone else on Epicurious, I did not make it exactly as written. I didn&#8217;t cook the cauliflower in water. I cooked the onions, added ginger and garlic, and all the spices, then the cauliflower, chopped. Then the tomatoes, and rather than extra water, I added home made veggie broth, that had been made with cilantro stems &amp; coconut milk.\u00a0 Then I added chopped cilantro, and we ate the curry with chutney, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sugarriverdairy.com\/Sugar_River_Dairy\/Welcome.html\">Sugar River<\/a> very creamy whole milk Greek yogurt.
