The sink in the upstairs bathroom at the dining club<\/a> has been secretly leaking into the floor and ceiling. The plumber – and Mark who is ever the optimist, so really scarey to hear it from him – say I am going to need a new kitchen ceiling.<\/p>\n

Right now it doesn’t seem that bad – there’s a small hole in the kitchen ceiling. I’m waiting for the contractor to call me back and set up a time for them to look at the work. I’ll get a picture when I meet them for the estimate. Here’s what the new sink is going to look like:<\/p>\n
