I made <em>a lot <\/em>of the ginger creams &#8211; hoping to make up for last year &#8211; so it took almost an hour and a half to frost them, albeit while chatting with Rach with my new iPhone 4 on speaker. I think I left out the sugar last year; they were a molasses-sweetened healthy cookie.
