some. We&#8217;ll see if I shell the salted ones, from the giant Costco bag I bought at the holidays, when I still had 3\/4 of the prior giant Costco bag in the pantry, or use some of the already shelled, unsalted ones that&#8217;re in the freezer, also bought for holiday baking &#8230; Now to attack the mountain of dishes in the sink. The plan is clean up, eat breakfast, and go for a walk. <em>Maybe<\/em> a little work when I get back, maybe just the rest of the Passover cooking.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>OK, biked to the library, came home, shelled and chopped most of the UN-salted pistachios I bought by accident for the <a href=\"http:\/\/https:\/\/instagram.com\/p\/ylFY1GzaS-\/\">super-bowl-party-that-wasn&#8217;t<\/a>, and made salted pistachio pudding topping by putting the nutmeats and a few good pinches of flakey salt into a ziploc baggie, and beating them with my rolling pin.
