On Friday, I baked a pumpkin pie when I got home from work, so we could eat it after the symphony for a late night dessert. I used the leftover pumpkin I got to take home after the baking thousands of pies for Goodman Community Center, the weekend before the election.

New car – the Crosstrek is a lot more tricked out than the Impreza. The joy of leasing – $99 and I walked away with a new car
I baked pumpkin muffins with the last of that leftover Libby’s pumpkin, and the dried fruit soaked in brandy from the election day cake I made for Kristin – also before the election. It’s a resurrected Colonial recipe that I think we both heard about on NPR.
And, I just now went out to take pictures of the Super Moon.
