Brulee'd Sweet Potatoes with Chipotle, Lime, and Cinnamon

2/3 cup brown sugar, about

Roast the sweet potatoes until they are very soft. Cool, peel, and put in the bowl of an elextric mixer. Add all the other ingredients except the brown sugar, and mash. Spread into a shallow casserole, and sprinkle the brown sugar over the top. Heat at 350° until warm in the middle (OK if the sugar melts), then broil for a few minutes until the brown sugar is bubbley and crisp.
