Menu for October 12th:

Potatoes O'Brien omelettes - diced potatoes cooked with bell peppers and onions
You can have yours with or without cheese or sausage
A selection of Bundt cakes: Kugelhopf; Pumpkin/Chocolate Swirl Cake
Toast with butter and jam
Fruit salad
Juice, coffee and tea

Menu for August 24th:

Many-layered crepe cake, filled with summer vegetables: tomatoes, zucchini, olives
Fried potatoes
Make your own yogurt parfaits, with homemade granola and raspberry sauce
Blueberry muffins and Corn muffins
Juice, iced tea, coffee

Menu for August 3rd:

Tortilla Española (potatoes and onions, bound together with eggs, cooked in olive oil)
Selection of breads & jams for toast
Green salad
Berry-filled yeast-raised coffee cake
Juice, iced tea, coffee

Menu for July 6th:

Summer vegetable fritatta (like a crustless quiche, but puffier)
Hash-brown potatoes
Sticky buns & whole wheat muffins
Fruit
Juice, iced tea, coffee

Menu for June 15th:

Oven-fried potatoes
Spinach omelettes or scrambled eggs for those who don't like the green stuff
Whole wheat toast (made from home made bread of course)
